Soccer Fever!

 Everyone asks, how did soccer start? Who came up with it? This is how soccer began. It has been said that the Romans and ancient Greeks played many ball games that involved using their feet. Perhaps the earlier version of soccer were played as far back as the second century BC where the Chinese would play a rather dull kicking game, but not for fun.

Many warriors including ancient Greeks would use soccer related game game in preparation for battle. Back then soccer would be called Choule. The first international game was played between England and Scotland in 1872. The game became very popular in Europe and soon spread to different parts of the world.

According to reports, soccer was first played in the USA in 1827, but it was once again played between college teams on bloody Monday and fists were also used. The American Soccer League was established in 1921 and soon started to become even more popular. In modern times the American soccer league has started to attract well known talented players, like David Beckham and Cristiano Ronaldo. 

Kids around the world and even grownups started playing soccer for fun, soon it was on National television, Soccer is one of the best sports on earth and is enjoyed by many people including me.

Let’s Hear it for Your Texas Rangers!

The Texas Rangers are a good team that have trouble in games and practice. They have to learn how to get a long with each other and play as a team.

I hope that the Rangers go to the playoffs, but if they won’t to make it, they have to practice hard and work together. The Rangers haves good hitters and good catchers. Lots of people like them, but if they don’t play hard, nobody will come and watch them play.

The Rangers haves a good pitcher named Yu Darvish. He is not from here, but he can pitch good. Everybody likes him. Darvish can strike them out and they would win the game. The Rangers like Darvish because he would strike everybody out and he can pitcher fast.

The World of Sports – Real Madrid

Real Madrid is one of the best teams in the world! They did so good the year 2013-2014, winning many championships like the Champions League, Copa del Rey and more. They also have a lot of rivals like FC Barcelona, Bayern Munich, Borussa Dort, and Athletico Madrid.

This Saturday they played against Villa Real and won 2-0 with the great Cristiano Ronaldo scoring both goals. Cristiano Ronaldo in my opinion is one of the best players in the world; he won El Ballon de Oro, winning the best player of the year.

In Champions League, he broke Lionel  Messi’s record with 17 goals and won Europe’s best player. Real Madrid won La Copa del Rey finals against Barcelona 2-1 with a goal from Angel di Maria and Gareth Bale, sadly Cristiano Ronaldo was injured for that match and couldn’t play the finals but the didn’t stop Real Madrid from winning the finals. 

On October 25th they will have another match with Barcelona, and everyone is excited for that great match, because Barcelona is looking for a rematch.

Real Madrid fans are excited for FIFA 15 because that’s  where all the new players and new uniforms will be, and you can also play as them with new features and also fun game for everyone to play. Every one is excited for this year cause its barely starting, and everyone believes Real Madrid will have another great year and maybe even better then last year.

World Cup 2014!

Everyone is excited for the World Cup 2014 Brazil; people predict that Brazil is going to win but some people say Spain since they won the World Cup 2010.

The World Cup is every 4 years in different places. In 2010 it was in South Africa and this year in Brazil.

I personally think Spain is going to win cause they have good players and they have the best goal keeper in the world, Iker Casillas. Another reason I think Spain is going to win is that they make great passes and they are not greedy and make great team work.

There are groups of teams in the World Cup. If a team looses more than 2 times, they will get eliminated from the Cup. Right now Spain is the best team in the World since they won the last World Cup in 2010; the team that wins the World Cup gets named the best team in the world. The cup will start in June 12th, 2014 and will end July 13th with the new champion of the World.

I hope Spain wins it again ’cause they’re my favorite team. Honestly right now, Spain isn’t playing as good and I think Brazil might win cause right now, Brazil is doing much better than Spain.

I cant wait until the World Cup starts! It’s the biggest event of the summer that everyone is waiting for.

Super Bowl 2014

So… What isaw in the super bowl is mostly, people singing.

I know that the super bowl was so important that people from all around the world came to see the super bowl. I even saw kids sing, KIDS!!!

Wow, if I were one of those kids I would be so embarrassed that when it was my part to sing, i wouldn’t sing anything. I would disappoint many people. 

WOW, was that game really important. Probably the most important game of 2014.
